Dear Henry and Jennifer:

Jimmy and Michelle will be service team members.

For IDM projects field quality, I would need Jimmy to take care of service readiness and field quality.

For IDM projects reverse service, I would need Michelle to take care of spare parts handling and cost review/monitoring.

RD teams are in Tu Cheng. If you have no concerns, Jimmy and Michelle could work in Tucheng seating together with all service members.

I have discussions with them during last face to face meeting. Thanks.
